The Interim Application is taken out to set aside order dated 9th September, 2024 passed by the Learned Registrar (Judicial II), whereby, by way of a conditional order, the Second Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 3.
