This is an application for condonation of delay of 85 days in presenting the first appeal arising out the acquisition proceedings. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay has been adequately explained in the paragraph Nos. 3 to 5. 3.

Learned AGP opposes the application.
