This appeal is filed by the Insurance Company challenging the Judgment and Award passed by the Commissioner of Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Mumbai. 2.

There is delay in filing the application. However, it is submitted that the Applicant/ Insurance Company has deposited the amount under impugned award and receipt is annexed to the stay application.

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 13.08.2025. 4.

In the meantime, there will be ad-interim stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 05.03.204 in Application (ECA) No. 262/B-54/2019.
