The petitioners aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent no.2 had approached this Court.

Mr. Shubham Sonawale, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the proposal forwarded by the management has now been accepted and, that, a decision thereon is required to be taken by the respondent-Authority. For that purpose, the learned counsel for the petitioners intends to carry out amendments in this writ petition. 3.
Interim Application No.9808 of 2024 is allowed. 4.
Through writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction upon the Deputy Director to decide the proposal dated 3rd April 2024 in a time-bound manner.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Director, respondent no.2 to take a final decision on the proposal dated 3rd April 2024 within a period of six weeks. 6.
Writ Petition No.9751 of 2023 is disposed of with aforesaid directions.
