501-ia9813-24.doc 9813/2024 was listed before this Court for amendment of Interim Application No. 1519/2024 (for delay condonation). The said application was allowed and the applicant was directed to carry out the amendment within one week.

However, it has been now brought to our notice that the order dated 18th September 2025, passed in Interim Application No. 9813/2024 (for amendment), was inadvertently uploaded in Interim Application No.1519/2024 (for Delay Condonation).

In view thereof, it is clarified that the order dated 18th September 2025 shall be read as passed in Interim Application No. 9813/2024, and not in Interim Application No. 1519/2024. 5.
