In the present Interim Application the applicant prays for restoration of Civil Application No. 917 of 2019 in First Appeal (St.) No. 3752 of 2019 which came to be dismissed for default in view of the order dated 13.07.2022 passed by the Registrar for non supply of copies during the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the appeal is also restored. The order of the Registrar dated 13.07.2022 is set aside.

Interim Application No. 9823 of 2020 is disposed of. Appellant is granted three weeks time to supply documents. 4.
