Considering which, the Interim Application is allowed. The legal representatives to be brought on record today itself. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner upon instructions of the legal representatives of the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a suit. The statement is accepted. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a Suit, if permissible in law.
