The petition arises out of proceedings under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, in relation to the dues of the housing society. The Revisional Authority dismissed the revision application on the ground of non-compliance with Section 154(2A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. In the event the petitioner satisfies the Revisional Authority by depositing 50% of the recoverable dues, as contemplated under
2-wp-5832-2024.doc Section 154(2A), the Revisional Authority shall re-adjudicate the revision application on its own merits.

In view of that matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition, the petition stands disposed of. 3.
In view of disposal of the present writ petition, nothing survives in the interim application, the same is also disposed of. 4.
The report of the Commissioner is taken on record. It shall be open to the parties to rely upon the said report before the Revisional Authority.

However, the Revisional Authority shall independently adjudicate the issue of recoverable dues upon compliance with Section 154(2A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
