12-cp-628-2022-crr-19-2024.doc contemnor has handed over two bankers' cheques for an amount of Rs. 7,00,000/- and Rs.3,00,000/- respectively. The cheques are handed over to the petitioner who is present in the court. 2.
The contemnor submits that he shall pay further amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- on 11th December 2024. He further submits that the remaining amount of Rs. 24,00,000/-, he will pay on or before 3rd January 2025.

Learned counsel for the contemnor submits that on 11th December 2024, the contemnor will file a fresh undertaking stating that he will pay a balance amount of Rs. 24,00,000/- on or before 3rd January 2025. The contemnor is permitted to file the undertaking on or before 11th December 2024, failing which the non-bailable warrant issued by this court vide order dated 5th December 2024, shall be executed immediately.

The statements made on behalf of the contemnor are accepted as an undertaking to this court, failing which the contemnor shall be held for committing aggravated contempt. 5.
List the contempt petition on 11th December 2024, for 'further compliance' at 2:30 pm.
