Learned counsel for the contemnor submits that an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- to be deposited in the Court Receiver's office shall be deposited by way of cheque issued by the advocate. He submits that the cheque will be submitted in the office of learned Court Receiver today.

Learned counsel for the contemnor submits that the contemnor was unable to get banker's cheque prepared due to short time. He further submits that the banker's cheque for an amount of Rs. 14,00,000/- shall be handed over to the petitioner tomorrow i.e. on 21st January 2025 by afternoon. 3.

List the contempt petition tomorrow i.e. on 21st January 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
