Learned counsel for the contemnor submits that the contemnor has arranged the funds for payment of Rs. 14,00,000/-. However, due to some procedural difficulty, he was unable to get the banker's cheque or Demand Draft. He requests for time till tomorrow i.e. on 22nd January 2025 for getting the Demand Draft or the Banker's cheque.
