Interim Application has been preferred for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No. 2 and for condonation of delay of 63 days caused in filing the present Application. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicants tenders affidavit of service, the same is taken on record. Respondent No. 2A has been served, whereas, the packets sent to Respondent Nos. 2B and 2C has been returned unclaimed. Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that all the Respondents are residing on the same address. 3.

Reasons for the delay is stated in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the Interim Application.

For the reason stated in the Application, the delay of 63 days is condoned. Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
