Hence, subject to the appellant depositing the amount under the award in this Court within a period of six weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken to execute the award until further orders.

In case, the amount in question is deposited, the attachment of the appellant's account as directed by the order dated 14th June, 2024 in Darkhast No. 2247 of 2020 shall stand vacated.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
