The present Interim Application is filed seeking directions for compliance with the order dated 5 January 2023, in its letter and spirit, and for rectification of defects in the transfer application. The only substantial compliance sought by the applicant is acceptance of his resignation as an associate member. It is, however, undisputed that the original member, namely Smruti Date, was the sole purchaser of the subject property. 2.

In view of the substitution of the new member, i.e., Respondent No. 1 - Rumana A. Godal, in place of the original member, the then associate member, having no independent title

2-ia-9905-2024.doc or interest over the property, cannot continue as an associate member. The Society shall therefore be at liberty to delete her name from the records as an associate member. 3.
