Perused the application and heard learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the fact that notice could not be served on respondent nos.1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, the present application has been moved under the provisions of Order V, Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Having perused the application, we are satisfied that sufficient grounds have been made out to grant the prayer made in Interim Application.

Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to publish the notice in "The South India Times (English) and Dhina Surriyan (Tamil)" stating therein that the present proceedings would be considered on 3rd September 2024.

The applicant to file an affidavit along with the copies of the aforesaid newspapers where the notice has been published. 6.
