Interim Application No. 9965 of 2024 is filed for restoration of the First Appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the appeal was filed in which objections notified by the registry. This Court on 22.03.2024, had granted two weeks time to remove office objections and directed that in the event the office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the appeal would stands dismissed without further reference to the Court. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he had supplied eligible copy in terms of objections raised. However, some blank lines in 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 51-IA-9965-2024.doc the copies remained to be filled in. He submits that the same has occurred inadvertently. Applicant submits that he will fill in the blanks within two weeks. In view of the same, order dated 22.03.2024 is recalled and applicant is granted further two weeks time to remove the office objections, subject to cost of Rs.5,000/-. However, it is made clear further no such application would be entertained.

The costs of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid to the High Court Bar Association, Mumbai within four weeks from today. 5.

In view of the above, Interim Application No. 9965 of 2024 is disposed of.
