This Interim Application is taken out for enhancement of compensation from Rs.5,000/- fixed by the order dated 2nd March 2012. However, by taking into consideration overall circumstances including that the Civil Revision Application is of the year 2010 and that one of the issue involved is whether the Respondent i.e. original Plaintiff is landlord, no case is made out for enhancing the compensation.
