The relief sought in the Interim Application is to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the Interim Application and seeking to set aside the conditional order dated 19th June 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By the said conditional order dated 19th June 2024, two weeks time was granted to remove the office objections, failing which, the registration of the Second Appeal was refused.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents states that she has no objection, if the reliefs sought in the Interim Application are granted.

Accordingly, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and and (b). The office objections be removed within a period of 14 days from today.

The Second Appeal is restored to the file of this Court. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
