By an order dated 5 March 2025, with the consent of the parties, Mr. Sudhir Govekar, Advocate, has been appointed as a Mediator. The Court is informed that the parties have yet not received any notice from the learned Mediator.

The parties shall approach the learned Mediator within a period of one week.

Learned Mediator is requested to explore the possibility of mediated settlement of the dispute and submit a report to this Court within a period of six weeks thereafter.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
