Learned counsel for Applicant submits that certified copy was received on 19th December, 2023 and thereafter, the Advocate-onrecord has submitted her legal opinion to the concerned Divisional Officer of the Division Office, pursuant to which the file was sent to the Mumbai Regional Office. Subsequently, certain clarifications were called for and permission was given for filing of the Appeal resulting in Sairaj 1 of

Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 does not seriously oppose the Application considering the duration of delay. 5.

The pleadings in the Application substantiates the submission of learned counsel for Applicant.
