The learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that she would take instructions in this regard. 3.

The learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that in any event the amount is not deposited she will deposit the same before the next date. It the amount is not deposited till the next date the stay granted would stand automatically vacated.
