We have heard the Learned Counsel for the Applicants. Having perused the averments made in the Interim Application, we are of the opinion that for the reasons set out in the Interim Application and in the interest of justice, the Interim Application is required to be allowed. The same is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer made in the Interim Application.

The Writ Petition is accordingly restored to file and be listed in due course.

Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
