Heard Mr. Lagu, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Nimbalkar, learned AGP for Respondent No.4.

My attention is drawn to the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.4497 of 2001 which is appended at page No.53 to the Interim Application. By virtue of the said order, liberty has been granted to Applicant - teacher before me to make an appropriate Application for seeking withdrawal of 50% of the amount which has been deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2001. In that regard, present Application has been filed by Applicant. 3.

After going through order dated 07.02.2017 and perusing the record of the case, I am of the prima facie opinion that there can be no impediment in allowing the present Application.

In that view of the the matter, issue notice to Respondents. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed to serve the Respondents a copy of this order and copy of Interim Application and inform about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof.

Learned AGP waives service on behalf of Respondent No.4. 6.

Respondents are directed to file their objections, if any with respect to the present Interim Application on or before the next adjourned date.
