Present Application seeks condonation of 113 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

2) Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

3) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that it took time to get an administrative approval and to file the Appeal. The delay is not huge. The delay is not seriously opposed by Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

4) In view thereof, the delay of 113 days in filing the H.C. SHIV 1/2

14.ia10273.24.doc aforesaid Appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. 5) Application is disposed of, accordingly.

FIRST APPEAL STAMP NO. 2662 OF 2024 .

Issue notice to the Respondents in aforesaid Appeal and Interim Application No.10274 of 2024, returnable on 30th April 2025. 2) Learned Advocate Ms.Patil waives notice for Respondent Nos.2 to 4.

3) Learned Advocate for the Appellant to supply spare copy of the Appeal in the Registry within a period of two weeks from today for service of notice on the Respondent No.1. In addition to the Court's notice the Appellant to serve the Respondent No.1 by private notice and file the affidavit of service on or before the returnable date. Hamdast allowed.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO.10274 OF 2024 .

Learned Advocate for the Applicant/Appellant submitted that the compensation amount along with accrued interest will be deposited within four weeks from today.

2) In view thereof, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a) till the next date.
