My attention is drawn to the order dated 07.02.2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 4497/2001 (appended at page Nos. 55-56) of the Interim Application. By virtue of the said order, liberty has been granted to Applicants teachers before me to make an appropriate Application for seeking withdrawal of 50% of the amount which has been deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 19.01.2004. In that regard, present Application has been filed by Applicants. 3.

After going through the order dated 07.02.2017 and perusing the record of the case, I am of the prima facie opinion that there can be no impediment in allowing the present Application. In that view of

In addition to Court's notice, Applicants are directed to serve copy of the Application along with copy of this order on the Respondents and inform them about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.
