DATE : 4 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) This Interim Application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the insurance company. 2) By an Order dated 9 July, 2024, the original claimants were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the

KVM 2/2 42 - IA 10310 OF 2024.doc insurance company. It has been admitted before me that 50% of the amount has already been withdrawn as per the order given by this Court on 9 July, 2024.

3) Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the original claimants on instructions seeks leave and liberty to file a fresh application if the need so desire.

4) Interim Application No. 10310 of 2024 is disposed off with liberty to the original claimant to file an application seeking withdrawal of the amount, if need so arises.

5) The said application be decided on merits if the insurance company files its reply to the said application if preferred. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
