The mandate of the arbitral tribunal has expired on October 27, 2024 but, since it was filed as an Interim Application, the matter has missed the attention of the Registry to list under the Section 29-A cause list.

Be that as it may, the Application is treated as a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and taking into account the submission that only passing of the award is pending, the mandate is extended until November 30, 2025.
