This is an application for bringing legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on record whose details are stated in the schedule to the application as Respondent Nos. 1a to 1e and 2a to 2e.

Considering the averments in the application, especially paragraphs 7 and 8 where details about the communication through which the death of parties was communicated, delay in filing is sufficiently explained. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out. 5.

The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Applicants are permitted to bring legal heirs of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on record. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today. 6.
