Interim Application has been preferred seeking vacating the interim relief which was granted by order dated 10th June 2019, staying the impugned order dated 20th August 2018. By the impugned order, the Hon'ble member of the MRT had directed the error in Section 32-M certificate to be corrected. In event the interim order is vacated and the order is executed, the entire Petition will be rendered infructuous. The appropriate course would be to hear the Petition as the same has already been admitted.
