Interim Application has been preferred seeking recall of the Order dated 4th April 2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing Interim Application and First Appeal as against the deceased Respondent No.2.1 and 2.3 for failure to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Respondents and for condonation of delay of 27 days . 2.

Mr. Sonavane, learned AGP submits that Applicant was unaware of the death of the said Respondents and therefore steps had to be taken for obtaining the details of the legal heirs which took certain time and by reason thereof the conditional order came into effect. For the reasons stated in the application the delay of 27 days is condoned. Mane 1 of
