The matter is taken on board by way of praecipe. 2.

In fact, there are two Applicants in Revision Application. Both are husband and wife. The record shows that the vakalatnama is filed by the present Advocate only for the husband. She can be heard on behalf of the wife only after filing of the vakalatnama. 3.

It is true, this Court has granted an ad-interim relief and directed Satish Sangar 1/2

P-1-IA(ST)-33809-2024+IA-10494-2024-IN-CRA-76-2024.doc the Applicants to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) within certain duration. For some reason or other, they could not deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) but they have arranged Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh). They want to deposit it. They are permitted to deposit the amount as per the mode recognised by the law within two (2) weeks from today.

There is insistence for continuation of the interim protection. This cannot be done unless and until, the other side will be heard. 5.

Let, this matter be listed on 6th January 2025. To be listed "First on Board".
