Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 2 years 321 days caused in filing the Appeal against the judgment and award dated 20th February 2021 passed by the Ld. Civil Judge, Senior Division in Land Reference No. 64 of 2001. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is a Government body and required various sanctions and approvals before the Appeal could be filed. He submits that the delay has been caused while obtaining the sanctions and approvals. 3.

It is well settled that the applicant being Government body before the order is challenged in any higher forum various sanctions Harish 1 of

Learned counsel for the Respondent claimant does not seriously oppose the Application.

For the reason stated in the Application, the same is allowed. The delay of 2 years 321 days is condoned.
