The Applicants are the original Plaintiffs who filed a suit for declaration and possession. The suit came to be dismissed. The appeal preferred by the Plaintiffs was also dismissed. Aggrieved thereby, the Appellants have approached this Court by filing the present Second Appeal. There is a delay of 274 days in filing the Second Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the delay of 274 days is condoned. The Interim Application is allowed and disposed of.
