In compliance with the directions in paragraph 9 of the order dated 18 July 2024, the learned Advocate Mr. Bhide for the State Bank of India along with the officer of the State Bank of India who is present in the Court, has filed an affidavit-in-reply. Copies of the affidavit-inreply on behalf of Respondent Nos.16 to 18 has been handed over to the parties in the Court. Copy of the said affidavit-in-reply is also tendered across the bar which is taken on record. 2.

Mr. Kulkarni expresses his concern and produces one more chart in respect of further transfer of the amounts.

Considering the affidavit-in-reply filed by the Advocate for the State Bank of India, he is directed by this Court to consider the annexure appended to the said affidavit which gives status of the amounts which are presently lying in the bank accounts which stand frozen and also to the amounts which are put on hold. He is directed to consider the same and accordingly file an appropriate affidavit-inreply / rejoinder, if he so desire. The chart given by Mr. Kulkarni is returned back to him.

Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week from today by Mr. Kulkarni.

The officer of the State Bank of India is exempted from her presence in future, however, Advocate appearing for the State Bank of India shall attend the Court on all dates.
