4) Present Petition is filed seeking review of the order dated 29 January 2024.

5) Heard the learned counsel appearing for Petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent. The main ground on which the review of the order is sought is non-consideration of the effect Memorandum of Understanding dated 13 December 2019 by this Court while passing the order under review. However, perusal of the order would indicate that this Court has repeatedly made reference to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 13 December 2019. Thus, the Petitioners have not pointed out any error apparent on face of record for seeking review of the order. No ground is thus made out for review of the order.

6) Review Petition is accordingly dismissed.
