Interim Application has been preferred seeking leave to amend the First Appeal to claim enhanced amount of compensation. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that due to financial constraints, the enhanced amount of compensation could not be claimed at the time of filing First Appeal as the same requires payment of higher Court fees and therefore claim was restricted to the amount on which the claimants could afford to pay Court fees. 3.
