Interim Application has been preferred seeking permission to serve respondent No.6/1 by substituted service. 2.

Perusal of the copy of bailiff's report would indicate that same was sent to the Civil Court, Margao and is returned by the bailiff with remark that Barnoshi does not fall in Goa Jurisdiction. It therefore appears that summons has gone to the Court which does not have jurisdiction over the place where respondent No.6/1 resides. 3.
