Interim Applications have been taken out by the petitioner in Writ Petition Nos.6418/2017 and 7152/2017 seeking permission to carry out amendment as per Schedule-1 for the purpose of impleading the Resolution Professional of the petitioner. 2.

It is not disputed that by order of 3rd June 2019 Resolution Professional was appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal. In view thereof, the petition will have to be prosecuted by the Resolution Professional.

Interim Application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
