The above matter has been moved seeking an extension of time by the Respondents to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court pursuant to the order dated 26th July, 2024. In our order dated 26th July, 2024, we had directed that in the event, the amounts are deposited by the Appellant (as directed in the said order), the Respondents were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amounts (inclusive of interest), on them giving a joint undertaking to this Court and that they shall bring back the amount withdrawn in the event the above Appeal succeeds. As far as the balance 50% amount is concerned, SEPTEMBER 03, 2024 S.R.JOSHI

3-iaA-10765-2024.doc the Respondents were allowed to withdraw the same only on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. We had also directed that if any amount is not withdrawn within a period of four weeks from 26th July, 2024, the same shall be invested in any nationalized bank and will abide by any further orders passed by this Court in that regard. 2.

Today, the Respondents have made a request that the time for withdrawing the amount be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

In these circumstances, the time to withdraw the amount as mentioned in paragrph 5 of the order dated 26th July, 2024 is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
