Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
The appeal is primarily on the ground of quantum and the appellant-Insurance Company has also raised the issue of contributory negligence.

The share of the minor (applicant No.1) as well as the balance amount to remain deposited in any Nationalised Bank. Interim Application No.10834 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

On admission, Mr. Bohade, learned counsel, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.
