This is an application by the original claimants/respondents in First Appeal for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant pursuant to the impugned judgment and award.

For the reasons stated in the application, the concerned Tribunal shall permit the claimants to withdraw 50% amount of awarded compensation with accrued interest on filing usual undertaking before the concerned Tribunal.
