The appeal is filed on the ground of fake insurance policy. However, the Tribunal at paragraph No. 31 has recorded that materials produced on record by the insurance company does not established the policy to be fake.

In view of the same, without entering into the merits of the case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited before the Tribunal along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Presiding Officer of the Tribunal.
