Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that for non-supply of paper book, the appeal was dismissed. She was not aware of the dismissal, as such, there was delay in filing the restoration application. She submits that she has deposited the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon before the Tribunal. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 16th August 2024. In addition, the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondents by all permissible private modes. 4.
