By an order dated 5th April, 2024 this Court had directed the Applicant/ Appellant to deposit 75% of the amount of compensation as AUGUST 9, 2024 S.R.JOSHI

5-ia-10940-2024.doc awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within six weeks from 5th April, 2024. It was directed that amount would be deposited with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. This Application has been moved seeking an extension of time because the amount so deposited with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal was with a delay of 10 days. 2.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the time to deposit the compensation amount (as set out in the order dated 5th April,2024) is formally extended up to 27th May, 2024.

It is needless to clarify that since the amount is deposited, no further steps in execution shall be taken.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
