Interim application has been preferred seeking stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 14th December 2023 passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.38/2004. 6.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that within a period of 6 weeks from today the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest will be deposited in the Trial Court. 7.
