The learned Advocate for the Applicant has filed present Interim Application No.10982 of 2024 to serve Respondent Nos.2 to 4 & 6 to 13 by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6 to 13 were returned unserved to Respondent Nos.2 to 4, 6 & 8 to 12 with Bailiff's remark dated 04/03/2024, "Not residing at given address"

and notices unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 13/04/2024 "Respondent No. 7 Not residing at given address" and "Respondent No. 13 Door found lock".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 & 6 to 13. Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Noa.2 to 4 & 6 to 13 by way of paper publication.

The address of above Respondent Nos.2 to 4 & 6 to 13 mentioned in the notices is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Special Civil Suit No.197 of 2022 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.10982 of 2024 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 & 6 to 13. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
