The learned counsel for the applicant by referring to paragraph 3 of the order dated 07/03/2024 submits that respondent no.1a to 1c have been duly served by effecting private service. Affidavit of service dated 05/04/2024 is relied upon. It is submitted that in spite of aforesaid, the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) has directed fresh service to be effected on respondent nos.1a to 1c.
