The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment to the above Writ Petition as per the Schedule of Amendment annexed at Exhibit-D to the Interim Application.

Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment and it is to bring certain subsequent developments on record, we do not see any impediment in allowing the amendment. In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present interim application and allow the amendment in Writ Petition (St.) No.1799 of 2024 as per the schedule of Amendment at Exhibit D to this Application."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the Advocates for all the Respondents immediately thereafter. 4.

The Respondents are directed to file their Affidavit in Reply, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of service of the above amended Writ Petition on their respective Advocates. 5.

Stand over to 5th September 2024.
