Interim Application has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 71 days caused in preferring the present Application and for recall of the order dated 17th April, 2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) dismissing the Petition for non removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that due to non removal of office objections, the Petition has been dismissed and the objections could not be removed due to over sight on part of the Harish 1 of

46-IA-11100-2024.doc advocate's office. He would further submit that the litigant should not be suffer for default on the part of the advocate and therefore, he seeks recall of the order dated 17th April, 2024. 3.

For the reason stated in the Application, the delay of 71 days is condoned. The order dated 17th April, 2024 is recalled subject to removal of office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Application stands allowed.
