For the reasons stated in the application, the Tribunal shall permit the claimants to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount with interest, if any subject to filing of Undertaking by the claimants/ respondents before the Tribunal that they will refund the amount with interest in the event the first appeal is allowed. 3.
